Larger balls of couscous, absolutely delicious with any vegetable, legume, meat dish. This type of couscous originates in Africa's Maghreb region (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria).
Packed by Tribal Tastes, the African Food Deli featured on SBS's Food Safari in 2009.
Instructions: You need to cook this in plenty of water until tender (around 20 minutes). Serve with vegetable, legume, meat dishes flavoured with tomato, harissa or another flavouring. Also lovely as a salad base.
